Buds doesn't "swap." Just buy the 10 round pistol, and Springfield will give you 3 more 10 round mags and a range bag.

Ben, at the moment there isn't a California compliant version of the hellcat. In order to be California compliant it has to be on Californias approved list of handguns and there's no hellcat on it. So even 10rd mags wouldn't work. Sorry but hope this helps some.
